Exhibition Logistics
Solar Base handles exhibition freight for exhibitors and organizers at UAE trade shows: crating in our own workshop, air and sea freight, ATA Carnet and temporary admission paperwork, delivery to the venue, storage of empty cases during the show, and re-export with deposit refunds afterwards.

Air & Sea Freight
Solar Base books import and export air freight from Dubai, working from Dubai Cargo Village beside DXB airport. We pack and crate cargo in our own workshop, prepare the documents, clear customs and hand shipments to the airline, so one team manages each job from the workshop to delivery.

Customs & Warehousing
Solar Base clears import and export shipments in Dubai for air, sea and road cargo. Our team checks your documents, processes the customs paperwork, collects delivery orders from shipping lines and dnata, arranges attestation and legalization where needed, and pays duties, port charges and official fees on your behalf.
