Packing specification
Packing specified per item, per route
Pallet, skid, open crate or closed wooden box: the choice sets the protection level, the chargeable weight and the paperwork at the border. Right-sized packing protects both the cargo and the freight bill.
Export crates engineered around your cargo
We design each package around the item’s dimensions, weight, center of gravity, fragility and route, and build it in our own workshop.
- 1Handling marks: ISO 780 symbols, center of gravity, case number, weights.
- 2Bracing: Diagonals stiffen the frame; blocking inside stops the contents moving.
- 3Frame and battens: Carry the stacking and lifting loads.
- 4Sheathing: Plywood panels, exempt from ISPM 15.
- 5ISPM 15 mark: On solid-wood parts such as runners and battens.
- 6Base deck: Load-bearing floor, sized to the footprint and weight.
- 7Skids / runners: Raised base for forklift entry and load spread.
